David Cassidy has represented employers, employees, executives, and organizations facing important decisions for more than 30 years. He is a Founding Partner of Vlasac & Cassidy and was previously Of Counsel to Vlasac & Shmaruk.
Earlier in his career, he spent roughly a decade practicing traditional labor law at a nationally recognized firm — handling collective bargaining, arbitrations, grievances, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. That foundation shapes how he approaches every workplace matter today: pragmatically, strategically, and with an eye toward resolution.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, David counsels businesses as outside general counsel, defends and prosecutes employment claims, advises on labor relations, and maintains a distinctive practice serving hockey families and organizations.
